- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories (e.g., pouches, boxes, care cards).
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in new, unworn condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Not be a final sale or personalized item
Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at purchase
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- Reason for return
- Receive Return Instructions
We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions for sending your item back.
Please do not ship your item without authorization. - Pack & Ship
Securely package the item with all original contents. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.Return Address:

United Kingdom - Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the refund.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
- The refund amount will be the full price of the item(s), minus the original shipping cost.
- If you received free shipping on your original order, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are in new, unworn condition and returned within 30 days.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference.
- If it’s less expensive, we will refund the difference.
We recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order for the replacement item to avoid delays.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
We take quality seriously and will resolve the issue promptly.
7. International Returns
We accept returns from international customers, but:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be processed in GBP (British Pounds) + USD + EUR
- Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
8. Gift Returns
If an item was purchased as a gift and marked for direct shipping:
- A refund will be issued as a store credit to the recipient
- If the gift was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a new gift card
If you have the original order number, you may request a refund to the original purchaser.
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if not yet processed.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned under this policy.
