Is Your Item Eligible for Return?
You may return eligible items if:
- The order was placed within the last 30 days
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, pouches, and care cards are included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or digital products
How to Arrange Your Return
Follow these easy steps to initiate a return:
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- A photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We will respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Authorization and instructions.
Step 2: Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all tags, boxes, and accessories.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Step 3: Ship It Back

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 3–5 business days
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund amount: Full price of the item, minus the original shipping fee
- Processing time: 7–10 business days (may vary depending on your bank)
If you received free shipping on your original order, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures faster processing and avoids delays.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
International Returns
We accept returns from international customers, but:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds are processed in GBP (British Pounds)
